Our goal for Eyes on the Edge is to help non-profit leaders – board and management – keep their eyes on the edge of developments and emerging trends related to the non-profit sector.

We will share information and insights about the non-profit sector in Ontario and beyond. We’ll pose questions to help you think strategically about the implications for your organization and board.

In September 2014 we launched a new series, ‘Critical Conversations for the Board’. This series highlights topics critical to organizational sustainability and impact that are not always addressed in regular board meetings. The conversations are framed by questions that promote a culture of inquiry and build the board’s fiduciary, strategic and generative capacities.
